Our training center is located in 6th & 7th Flr. 68 Kalayaan VCP Bldg., Kalayaan Avenue, Teacher's Village West Diliman, Quezon City Philippines 1101 . Detailed directions and location information may also be provided upon registration or upon request.
WHAT ARE PAMAVTECH'S OFFICIAL OFFICE HOURS FOR INQUIRIES AND CLIENT SUPPORT?
Our office operates from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30AM – 5:30PM. For inquiries outside office hours, you may contact us via email: info@pamav-training.com or through our official communication channels, and our team will respond on the next business day.

Our training programs are primarily designed for professionals working in the electrical and/or electronics fields. In addition, our soft skills training programs are intended for professionals who wish to enhance their interpersonal and intrapersonal competencies.

Yes. We offer in-house training programs that can be customized to align with the specific requirements, objectives, and operational needs of our clients.
Training Format and Delivery
ARE THE TRAINING PROGRAMS CONDUCTED ONLINE, IN PERSON, OR IN HYBRID FORMAT?
Our training programs are delivered through a combination of online and in-person formats. The delivery mode for each program is indicated on the "Training Registration" page.
CAN THE TRAINING BE CONDUCTED ON-SITE AT OUR COMPANY PREMISES?
Yes. We provide in-house training programs that can be conducted on-site and tailored to meet the specific needs of the client organization.
ARE TRAINING MATERIALS OR SESSION RECORDINGS PROVIDED AFTER THE TRAINING?
Training materials are provided to participants during the training sessions. However, PAMAVTech strictly prohibits any form of recording during its programs unless prior approval is explicitly announced by the provider. In compliance with the Data Privacy Act, recorded sessions are not distributed to participants.

Yes. Most of our training programs incorporate hands-on activities and practical exercises, allowing participants to apply concepts through the actual use of tools, equipment, systems, or industry-related applications relevant to the training topic.
Pricing and Payment
WHAT IS THE COST OF THE TRAINING?
The cost of each training program is indicated during the registration process. Participants may view the applicable training fees upon selecting their desired program.
ARE GROUP OR CORPORATE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
At present, PAMAVTech does not offer group or corporate discounts. However, we provide membership-based discounts to returning participants, as outlined below:
- Alumni Member (after completing the first training):
- 3% discount on the second training
- Loyalty Member (after completing the second training):
- 5% discount on the third and fourth trainings
- VIP Member (after completing the fourth training):
- 7% discount on the fifth training and all subsequent trainings
WHAT DOES THE TRAINING FEE INCLUDE?
The training fee includes meals for in-person participants, training materials, a certificate of completion, and corresponding CPD points, where applicable.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment through cash, check, and bank transfer.
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT OR FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
At this time, installment or flexible payment arrangements are not available.
Certification and Assessment
WILL THE PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE UPON COMPLETION OF THE TRAINING?
Yes. All participants who successfully complete the training program are issued an official certificate.
IS THE CERTIFICATE RECOGNIZED OR ACCREDITED?
Yes. PAMAVTech is accredited by several recognized institutions, including the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Department of Energy (DOE), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), TESDA, and the Infraspection Institute.
ARE ASSESSMENTS OR EXAMINATIONS INCLUDED AS PART OF THE TRAINING?
Yes. Assessments or post-training examinations are conducted as part of the program and serve as the basis for successful completion. Worry not as our training approach is designed to ensure participants are well-prepared, resulting in a high completion and passing rate.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE TRAINING?
Participants must complete all required training sessions and successfully pass the post-training assessment or examination.
Enrollment and Requirements
HOW CAN PARTICIPANTS REGISTER OR ENROLL IN THE TRAINING PROGRAMS?
By accessing the Training Registration link, participants will be redirected to the registration page where they may select their preferred training program. Individuals may register themselves or enroll colleagues. Upon completion of the registration process, a confirmation and initial quotation will be sent. Payment may be made immediately or at a later time, subject to the stated terms.
IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS PER TRAINING?
Yes. Each training program requires a minimum of fifteen (15) participants.
Note: If the minimum number of participants is not met, the training may be subject to rescheduling.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PARTICIPANT MISSES A TRAINING SESSION?
Participants who miss a session are required to attend the next available session in order to complete the training.
Note: Additional fees may apply for in-person attendees.
Support and Follow-up
DOES PAMAVTECH PROVIDE POST-TRAINING SUPPORT OR COACHING?
Yes. PAMAVTech provides post-training support to ensure participants are able to clarify concepts, reinforce learning outcomes, and properly apply the knowledge and skills gained during the training in their respective professional settings.
ARE REFRESHER SESSIONS OR COURSES AVAILABLE?
Yes. Refresher sessions and advanced courses are available for selected programs. In particular, refresher training is offered for the Energy Management and Energy Audit courses.
Policies and Other Concerns
POLICY ON NON-ATTENDANCE (WEBINAR/ FACE-TO-FACE) *MUST READ
- The registration fee is non-refundable but transferable. A participant may request to transfer his/her slot to another person, provided that this will be made in writing. Transferring of slots must be made one (1) working day before the start of the webinar/Face to Face. Slot transfer requests made less than a day before the webinar/Face to face will NOT be entertained.
- Participants who were not able to attend the webinar or face-to-face because of a Medical Emergency will be exempt from this Non-attendance policy. A Medical Certificate will be required to facilitate free readmissions to the next batch of the same webinar.
- Other reasons and justifications for non-attendance (e.g., loss of or intermittent internet connection, sudden and immediate need to report to work, etc.) will NOT be considered valid and, therefore, will be subjected to the mentioned policies below:
- Non-Attendance notices six working days and below before actual training day will not receive any refund. Take note that PamavTech should require/meet the minimum required number of attendees due to the expenses of the instructors, electricity, etc., to proceed with the said schedule)
- Non-attendance/NO SHOW on the first day for courses with a one-day duration will have the course fee forfeited due to NO NOTICE OF ABSENCE. On exceptional cases where, on the first day of training, that participant had a valid reason, he/she will take the following available schedule with ADMIN COST. (Subject to approval from the top management)
- Non-Attendance on the first day due to unavailability of the attendee for a valid reason: the company or the trainee may opt to replace the attendee with the proper endorsement letter. Suppose non- attendance is on the first day with no available replacement due to the unavailability of the attendee. In that case, the second person may attend the second day with the proper endorsement letter from the company or trainee and attend the next session until the last day. Missed session will be attended by the second person on the next available schedule.
- MAKE-UP CLASSES: For courses with five days or more, participants who miss the first and second days will not proceed to the third session. They are required to have an attendance of 80% and will not qualify to take the assessment (course with assessment) or without completing the missed sessions. Participants will automatically be included on the following schedule with a corresponding fee. Attendees with one missed session can take the day on the following schedule before taking the assessment.
Applicable fees: A standard fee is required to be paid and included in the next schedule. (Fee depends on course training registered by the Company/Trainee)
NOTE: ALL COURSES WILL PUSH THROUGH IF THE PARTICIPANTS ' NUMBER HAS BEEN MET. IN CASES THAT MINIMUM THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES HAS NOT MET. PamavTech will send an email and text notification of the cancellation of the scheduled course and will state the schedule available. Automatically, all enrolled participants will be included in the next schedule unless the enrollee informs Pamavtech of his/her unavailability on the said schedule.
DOES PAMAVTECH PROVIDE A TRAINING PROPOSAL OR COURSE SYLLABUS UPON REQUEST?

HOW SOON CAN A TRAINING PROGRAM BE SCHEDULED AFTER AN INQUIRY IS MADE?
PAMAVTech offers scheduled training programs. Clients may refer to the published training schedule for available dates.
