    Enroll and become a CERTIFIED ENERGY MANAGER  either in-person or virtual and learn from practicing resource speakers who are up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and experience of proven methodology that enhances both theoretical as well as practical skills in the field. 

    The Department of Energy allows an optimal number of participants both in person and in virtual formats as long as health protocol is complied. 

     As a CEM, the participants will learn the following:

  • Energy Audit Training (CEA)

    Course Description:


    This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, practical skills, and attitude applicable in performing work activities involve in implementing planning, and supporting the implementation of regular energy audits, facilitating compliance to all relevant policies,

    and operating and maintaining energy-consuming machines and equipment in facilities.


    Upon completion of the course, the learners are expected to demonstrate the above-mentioned competencies to be employed. To obtain this, all units prescribed for this qualification must be achieved.


    Trainee Entry


    Requirements:

    a. Able to communicate in basic English both oral and written.

    b. Physically and mentally fit.

    c. Must have at least one (1) year of continuous experience in conducting energy audits in buildings and industrial facilities

    and/or other similar establishments.

    d. For new graduates of College, K-12 Academic Track of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), or equivalent,

    Transcript of Records and/or Diploma; and

    e. Certification of experience duration and field is proposed to be given by the respective organizations where the trainees belong.

    For independent professionals, certification may be issued from clients or organizations where the required activities were conducted.
