  • Worksite Safety and Traffic Management During Road Construction

Road users/drivers are normally faced with unexpected road works on road networks during the course of their daily activities. Inconsistent use of signs and traffic control devices by contractors largely contributes to road hazards and accidents both to road users and workers. When not properly addressed, it may also add to the daily inconvenience, not only of road users but also to the riding public. Most contractors are not aware of the government requirements on the use of temporary signs and devices and how to properly manage traffic during road constructions. Learn more here.
